We LOVE all the food we get here! Everything is fresh! If you like shrimp you have to try the fried shrimp tacos, my favorite!!

Pollo / Chicken Taco

Whoa! What a celebration of taste buds blasting off with this new Las Olas menu @ Caroline's by the bay! We tried the following; Homemade Chicken tenders & French fries, Short rib taco, chicken taco, pork belly taco, Buffalo shrimp, and steak burrito. Everything, yes everything, was on point! The fries were cooked perfect and not cheap greasy fries, these were delicious. You could taste and tell the chicken tenders were trimmed, made fresh, and fried to order. The steak in the burrito was tender with a blend of rice and beans. The Buffalo shrimp had a great tang yet had a hot kick, with crumbled blue cheese chunks on top. The tacos stole the show however! The pork belly was perfectly cooked. The radish on the chicken tacos was a terrific touch that complimented the spiced but not spicy tender chicken. The taco shell tortillas were all perfectly cooked too. Lastly the short rib taco was tender, tasty, and such a treat. Not too fatty, but a little fat for taste, and spiced to perfection. We will be back, and soon. Jared our server was solid too. Keep up the good work. You have won new customers!
